Urgent: Request to revert bill for additional seat

Hi Figma Support Team,

 

I just noticed that I was charged in my February bill for 1 additional full seat, 4 full seats instead of 3 full seats. I did not receive any notification or approval on the additional 1 full seat. I am seeking for your kind assistance to revert the bill. Thank you so much for you help!!

I understand that you noticed an unexpected charge on your February invoice for an additional Full seat and are requesting a refund.
