Hi Figma Support,

I am writing to request the restoration of a Team Library file that was accidentally deleted and subsequently purged from the 'Deleted' folder. This file is critical to our design system and ongoing work.

Here’s the file link for your reference:
https://www.figma.com/design/goV6fuxKBVmamiGeca8nA3/ZStack-Kit--Base-Obra-?node-id=272-27980&t=b0MtFb2t9ip4g8lK-1

We have already checked the 'Deleted' folder and were unable to locate it. Could you please help us recover this file from your backend?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for your help.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to the Figma Forum.

If the file wasn’t permanently deleted, there’s some good news: files aren’t removed from Figma unless you explicitly choose “Delete forever” or delete the team or project they belong to.

To see all available files that can be restored, I’d recommend to double-check your Trash folder,
→ Head to Trash and make sure the Created by filter is set to Anyone (not just You). From there, you or anyone who previously had edit access to that file, should be able to locate the file, right-click on the file, and select Restore.

You can find more information on this in our Help Center article: Delete and restore files.

If you’re still having trouble locating or restoring the file, our support team can take a closer look. I’ve sent you a DM with details on how to reach them via a secure form, thank you!
