Hi Figma Support,

I am writing to request the restoration of a Team Library file that was accidentally deleted.

I must emphasize that this file has been completely purged. We have already performed a thorough check of the Trash folder with the filter set to "Created by: Anyone," and there are absolutely no records or traces of this file remaining.

This file is critical to our design system and ongoing work. Here’s the file link for your reference:

File URL: https://www.figma.com/design/goV6fuxKBVmamiGeca8nA3/ZStack-Kit--Base-Obra-?node-id=272-27980&t=b0MtFb2t9ip4g8lK-1

Since the standard recovery options are not working, could you please help us recover this file from your backend database?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for your help.

Hi @enyou, thanks for reaching out!

My team here on the forum isn’t able to assist with File management, but I can confirm that this file was recently Trashed and permanently deleted by Dou Minrit from ZStack's team.

Please note that permanently deleted files are normally not recoverable. Permanently deleting a file usually gets rid of the file forever for everyone who has access to it, and the action cannot be reversed. In any case, I completely understand the urgency of this situation, so I’ve created ticket #1737738 on your behalf to connect you with support. They will review the file and let you know, if anything can be done.

Thank you very much for your help. As this is an urgent matter, could you please let me know when and how technical support will be contacting me?
