Urgent request to restore a Deleted File that disappeared overnight

Good morning,

I hope you are doing well.

I’m reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance in restoring one of our project files that appears to have disappeared overnight. Unfortunately, no one on our team is sure what happened, and we suspect it may have been removed accidentally. As the file is essential to our current work, your help would mean a great deal to us.

@ksn I have tried to raise a ticket but the chat bot has not been helpful and keeps telling me that i have to ask for this in the forum. I have already told it that I already have but to no avail, they tell me they cannot help me contact the Support team via email. It says I need a higher tier plan which I do not have from this account.
