Hello Figma Support Team,

I am writing to urgently request assistance in recovering a file that appears to have been automatically deleted from our workspace.

Here are the details:

The file is not available in Trash, and we are unable to locate it in version history or project folders. It may have been auto-deleted due to plan limitations or another system action.

This file is important to us, and I would sincerely appreciate it if you could check your backend backups and let me know if recovery is possible.

Please let me know if you require any additional details from my side.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards,

Nency

I was working on this amazon case study to which i was suggesting improvements. That file was auto deleted and is nowhere to be found. I have invested a lot of time in it and its not something that can be come up in a day again. Its my humble request to restore it back.

Hi @Nency

I understand that you’re unable to locate an important file and are looking for help recovering it.

Thank you for sharing the file URL. I checked internally, and it appears that the file was moved to Trash.

Since you’ve already confirmed that it’s not visible in your Trash, I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1755582) on your behalf so our team can investigate further.

Someone from our support team will reach out to you directly via the ticket email.

In the meantime, if you haven’t tried this yet, please double-check the Trash section using the filters “Created by anyone” and “All files.”

Thanks,
