Hi Figma Support Team,

I am writing to formally request a FULL REFUND of $22.00 USD for Invoice ID: in_1TR3TelvcqWR3dFDniO8soFm, which was charged on today.

This charge was ENTIRELY UNINTENDED. I have already manually cancelled the subscription to prevent any further billing, and I have not used any Professional features during this billing cycle.

Please process the refund immediately and provide a written confirmation that:

1. The $22.00 USD will be credited back to my original payment method.

2. My subscription has been successfully terminated and I will NOT be billed again in the future.

I look forward to your prompt confirmation of this refund.

Regards,

Kate

Hi @Ark K

I understand you received an unexpected charge of $22.00 and are requesting a refund.

I took a look at our system and it appears that your plan was canceled after the current billing period had already started, which is why this invoice was generated. Just to clarify how this works — your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, at which point your team will automatically be downgraded to a free Starter plan. You'll continue to have access to all Professional features until then.

For more details, you can refer to this guide: Downgrade or cancel your plan

As for the refund request — unfortunately, Figma subscription payments are non-refundable. That said, since we're unable to handle billing requests directly here on the Forum for security and privacy reasons, I've gone ahead and opened a support ticket(#1873245) on your behalf so you can discuss this further with our specialists directly.

I understand this is urgent, so I'll make sure to escalate it so it gets prioritized. Someone from our team will follow up with you in your dedicated ticket shortly. I'll go ahead and close this ticket for now to consolidate the communication in one place.

Thank you,
