Urgent: Need Config ticket refund — work email expiring in 2 days

Hi Figma team,

I'm reaching out because I urgently need to cancel my Config 2025 ticket and receive a full refund, but I've had no response despite multiple attempts to contact support.

My situation:

  • I submitted a refund request via both my personal Gmail and my work email
  • It has been several days with no reply — not even a confirmation that my ticket was received
  • My work email will be permanently deactivated on April 30 (in 2 days). If your team responds to that address after that date, I will have no way to receive it or respond

I understand that full refunds are available until May 22, 2026, and I am well within that window. I simply need someone to process my request before I lose access to my work email entirely.

I've also tried the Support Hub chat as recommended in other threads, but have not been able to reach a real person.

Could someone from the Figma team please locate my request and confirm my refund? I'm happy to verify my details. Thank you.
