I’ve been using a Figma Education account, but today I noticed several unexpected changes.
When I logged in, the team workspace that my teammates and I have been using became view-only,
and another team workspace was switched to the Starter plan.
(This part might be related to another team member’s settings.)
However, in my personal workspaces, one still shows the Education plan but has a Free badge,
and another one displays a page limit warning — a message I’ve never seen under the Education plan.
To check whether my Education plan had expired, I tried to reapply for the Education plan today,
but I received a message saying that the verification limit had been exceeded.
It seems that my account has been downgraded to the Starter plan,
but I am still an active student and rely on the Education plan for my coursework and projects.
Please review my account and help restore my Education plan access as soon as possible.
