Urgent: Missing Design File – Sharing Settings Error

Hi Figma Forum,

Our company’s Rego design file has suddenly become inaccessible and has disappeared from both Recents and its original project.

The error message says there is an issue with the Design file’s sharing settings and that the owner has been notified by email.

I previously had full access to this file, and our company admin has checked the permissions. However, the file is now missing from the file browser, and I cannot access it using the original link.

Could you please investigate the file on your side and help us establish:

• Whether the original file still exists and where it is located.

• Whether it was deleted, moved, or affected by an ownership or sharing-permissions issue.

• Whether the original design file, including its pages, components, comments, and version history, can be restored.

This file contains important company design work, so we would appreciate urgent assistance recovering the original rather than creating a replacement.
