HYEBIN

Hello,

I’m contacting you regarding an urgent billing issue with my August payment.

On August 6, my upcoming invoice showed an AI credit update charge of $193.55. However, on August 9, I was actually charged $498.91, which is significantly different from the amount shown on the invoice.

I had also cancelled the Professional Plan for August, but the August charge appears to have been included in the payment and the Professional Plan was reactivated.

I have already contacted support by email regarding this issue. The $498.91 charge is incorrect, and I need this issue to be reviewed and the incorrect charge refunded.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Why the amount changed from $193.55 to $498.91
  2. Why the August Professional Plan charge was included despite my cancellation
  3. The process and timeline for correcting the charge and issuing the refund

This is an unexpected charge of $498.91, so I would appreciate an urgent review and response. I have already sent an email but have not yet received a response. Please let me know when I can expect an update.

Thank you.

Hey @HYEBIN, thanks for reaching out! I can't dig into the specifics of your account or invoices here on the forum, since that involves personal billing details.Ā I can see your ticket,Ā Ticket #2061689. Someone from our customer support team will follow up with you directly there to review both invoices and the status of your plan.

While you wait, a couple of things that might help:

  • Check your Billing tab in Admin, then the Invoices tab, to see a breakdown of what's included on each invoice, seat charges, AI credits, and any prorations. This guide walks through where to find that: Manage payment and invoice details.
  • This article covers the most common reasons a Figma bill comes in higher than expected: There are additional charges in my Figma bill. It won't cover every possible cause, so it may or may not match what's going on with your account, but it's a good starting point.

The team will get back to you on that ticket as soon as they've had a chance to look into your account.
