URGENT: I cannot access my professional account due to 2FA issue

Hi team, 

I have a professional account that I’m paying yearly under email: [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]

I no long have access to that email due to closure of the business and I cannot access when I go through the 2FA process.

Is there another way? Maybe via my mobile number? Or another email?

Hey ​@Steven Elachi, thanks for reaching out!  Do you happen to have emails from your old email address forwarded to the new email address? If so, I recommend to reset your password so that you can surpass the Google single sign on login to access your Figma account, and then update your email address as needed. 

If your emails are not forwarded, I can create a support ticket on your behalf. What support can do is start the process to manually update your Figma account email address. ​​After the change of the email address of the account, you can log in, and move the files in the account to your new account. For this process they’ll need to verify your ownership of the account.

Thank you so much ​@Gayani_S for the quick reply. Unfortunately I don’t have any forwarding setup. Can we please raise a ticket. Happy to provide proof of Identity and anything else needed.
