I need urgent support. I'm the creator of a paid Figma UI kit called Sublima UI, which took me over 2 years to design and develop with great care. Recently, a user posted a public comment with a link to a free copy of my UI kit — essentially pirating my product.

The issue is:

  • I can't delete the comment or block the user.

  • The link is still public and might severely affect my sales.

  • This is my main source of income, and seeing it shared like this for free is heartbreaking.

If anyone here has experience dealing with this kind of situation — either through platform moderation, copyright enforcement, or how to get content taken down — please help me. This is a critical issue for me and my small independent business.

Hey @rohn, thank you for reaching out! I can only imagine how frustrating this must be, especially after putting so much time into creating the UI kit. I want you to know that we take this kind of situation very seriously. I've escalated it internally and flagged it for urgent review. I’ll make sure to update you as soon as I hear back from the team.

Appreciate your patience in the meantime!
