Urgent: Figma Education Plan is Locked even being reverified.

Hi Figma Support Team,

Our educational plan was recently locked, but we’ve already reverified our status and even submitted a full list of students for upload and verification. Despite completing these steps, our access is still restricted.

Currently when I click to reverify it show me that we have successfully verified your education status!
 

This issue is currently blocking our entire academic course and disrupting ongoing design work for students. Could you please help us resolve this as soon as possible?
