Hey ​@Rebekka_Zorn - so sorry for the trouble. I’ve done a bit of looking myself, and I think what’s happening is that you’re trying to share files to your students from a team that is not upgraded to an education one. Thus, your students are not able to access them.

I can’t be entirely sure that’s the case, but I can get an escalated ticket for you make sure someone in support is able to provide you more specifics.

Just to confirm: is the email address you have registered with your forum account the best one to contact you at? If not, please PM me the email you’d like to get communications sent to.
