Hi there,

 

I’ve moved from Berlin to London. I cancelled my subs for awhile and today I wanted to renew the Professional Plan and it kept throwing me this error.

I’ve tried to change the card to my German account, and change the currency everything. Pls help.

If you’d like to update your billing currency, here’s the best approach since it’s not currently possible to change the currency on an existing subscription:

  1. Cancel your current subscription (it will remain active until the end of the billing period).

  2. Create a new team and upgrade it to the Professional plan, selecting your preferred currency during checkout. You can check our supported currencies here.

  3. Move your files and projects from the old team to the new one.
