Hi Figma team,
I’m posting here because I’ve been unable to get timely resolution through standard support channels and need this escalated to billing.
Issue summary:

I was on an annual Pro plan and transferred the account to a Free Educational Account for my institution

Figma still attempted to charge my account

The initial annual charge failed

I canceled the plan immediately and did not reactivate it

The UI showed the plan as canceled, with a “Reactivate plan” option and a $0 upcoming invoice

Despite this, I woke up today to a pending debit charge of $418.08 from Figma
I did not authorize this charge. The plan was canceled, no services were being used, and the charge occurred after cancellation.
This is currently a pending transaction, and I’m urgently requesting that Figma void the charge before settlement and confirm in writing that:

The subscription is fully canceled

The charge will be reversed / voided

No future charges will be attempted
I’ve documented everything (screenshots of cancellation state, billing UI, and bank activity) and have also contacted my bank due to the urgency.
I’m asking for staff escalation, as this appears to be a billing system error rather than user action.
