I accidentally reset and restarted Figma. After that, all of my files and drafts are missing. These files are very important. I’ve checked my Drafts, Recent files, Deleted items, and made sure I’m logged into the correct account, but I still can't find anything.
I need urgent help. I accidentally reset and restarted Figma, and now all my files and drafts are missing from my account.

Our support team is actively looking into this for you and is doing their best to rule out any possible causes that might be easy to miss. I’ll make sure they’re aware again that this started right after you went to Help → Troubleshooting and clicked “Reset and Restart”, which caused your files and drafts to disappear.
I saw that they reached out to you last Friday with some follow-up questions — if you can reply to that message as soon as possible, they’ll be able to move forward faster. If you happen to have any links to those missing files, please share them with support. You might still find them in:
