Urgent: All my drafts and files are missing after I accidentally reset and restarted Figma. Please help me troubleshoot and recover them.

Our support team is actively looking into this for you and is doing their best to rule out any possible causes that might be easy to miss. I’ll make sure they’re aware again that this started right after you went to Help → Troubleshooting and clicked “Reset and Restart”, which caused your files and drafts to disappear.

I saw that they reached out to you last Friday with some follow-up questions — if you can reply to that message as soon as possible, they’ll be able to move forward faster. If you happen to have any links to those missing files, please share them with support. You might still find them in:

• Your web browser’s history

• Any chats or emails where you shared the file with colleagues

• File > Recently Closed in the desktop app

The more details you can give them now, the quicker they can work toward recovering your files.
