Urgent: Accidentally deleted my account and need to recover files

Hi, I am in desperate need of help. I accidentally deleted my Figma account ([redacted by moderator to remove personal information]) on Friday. All my important design files have disappeared, including work that took months to create and is critical to my career and ongoing projects.

I have already submitted ticket #1804928 and provided all 5 file URLs, but I have not received any update since Friday. Every hour matters to me as these files are essential to my livelihood and career.

Please escalate this case urgently. I am counting on Figma's support team to help me through this difficult situation. Thank you so much.
