【‼️Urgent】 Accidental Addition of Seat :Request to Remove Before Billing

Hi Figma Support Team,

I recently noticed that an additional seat was accidentally added to my Professional plan.   The payment for this billing cycle is February 18, 2026, and I wanted to reach out before that to ensure I’m not charged for the extra seat.
Could you please help me remove the additional seat and confirm that I won’t be billed for it?

Please let me know if any additional steps are required on my end.

You can change their seat to the free View seat and before your next billing date, you can remove any unused seats directly from your Billing overview page. This Help Center article walks you through the steps:
