Urgent - Accidental Addition of Seat - Request to Remove Before Billing

Hi Figma Support Team,

 

I recently noticed that an additional seat was accidentally added to my Organizational plan. The payment for this billing cycle is January 6, 2026, and I wanted to reach out before that to ensure I’m not charged for the extra seat.

 

Could you please help me remove the additional seat and confirm that I won’t be billed for it?

 

Please let me know if any additional steps are required on my end.
