Hi Figma Support Team,

Request to Remove Before Billing

I recently noticed that an additional seat was accidentally added to my Professional plan. The payment for this billing cycle is February 15, 2026, and I wanted to reach out before that to ensure I’m not charged for the extra seat.

Could you please help me remove the additional seat and confirm that I won’t be billed for it?

Please let me know if any additional steps are required on my end.

Our team here on the forum isn’t able to assist with Billing, but it looks like you reached out to support directly on ticket #1602377. 

Support was able to remove the accidental Dev seat and adjust your invoice for February. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to support directly via email.
