I’ve upgraded my seat to developer and re-authenticated in Claude Code to the Figma MCP server. But I still get rate limited on the very first call. According to the table I should get at least 10 calls per minute.
Annoying paying money for the pay wall, results in the same pay wall.

I completely understand how this must be affecting your workflow. Typically, if you’re still seeing the wrong rate limits after upgrading to a Dev seat, there’s a delay in the system recognizing your seat change.
The rate limits for MCP follow the same structure as our REST API, and seat changes sometimes need time to propagate through all systems Source. You can try refreshing your connection to the MCP server or restarting your code editor to see if that helps recognize your updated seat status.
