Updated AI Credits for the month, but im still locked until the reset.

I used my limit of AI credits and bought more. My Account is selected to use paid credits. Even though it shows me accessable credits for this month, i am still locked as having used all my credits till the 29th of march. How can i update the checker on the lock, so that i can use my credits?

I can see that you’re currently a guest in the A. S. Organisation and the team has identified an issue that is unexpectedly preventing guests with Full Seats in an Organization (Members versus guests) from accessing the extra AI credits purchased for a plan.

I’m really sorry for the inconvenience here, I’ve escalated your case to our engineering team, and they’re actively investigating and working on a fix.

I’ll keep an eye on this and update you here as soon as I hear more. Appreciate your patience in the meantime!

Hey ​@Andreas Helf (and any other person who came across this issue) - our engineering team has rolled out a fix, and things should be working as expected now.

When you have time, please refresh and resume your normal work, and see if you can access your credits properly. Let me know if you still have trouble.
