Is this happening in both the browser and the desktop app? If you haven’t already, could you try clearing the cache to see if that helps?
It might also be worth checking if low memory could be a factor. Have you noticed any memory usage alerts?

My colleagues do have the same issues. So it’s not related to cache.
Edit: Your troubleshooting, deleting the cache, doesn’t help.
