Did anybody face library publishing issues in the last days too?

Setup:
Organisation plan

• multiple Figma teams
• central Figma libraries
• Team releated Libraries based on central library

Issues:

• publishing a library inside of a Figma team (and explicitly not on the whole organisation) was partly published to the whole org
• files pulled and updated just parts of it automatically which caused havoc in files.

I had in past the impression that publishing in teams only is kind of buggy. But this time is caused serious damage as a test version was released in a whole company and was pulled (in parts) automatically from design files (I don’t even know how this is possible lol)

Does anybody had similiar experiences and found a way to prevent this?
Branches are not a big hekp in this to be honest.
