Question

Unsupported file format

Hello, can anybody help me with this issue? I have several .fig files, and whatever I try to import them, it’s “Unsupported file format”. I tried Import from “Create new” dialog, I drad and droped , the same result. 

 

Please,  how to fix it?

    Can you please confirm if you are experiencing this issue when using the desktop app, web browser, or both?
     
    Are you only experiencing this issue when attempting to import these two files? Have you tried any new files since?

    Hello, thank you for so quick reply!  Yes. on both platforms I have the same “Unsupported file format” error.  It happened with  4 files, maybe they all are just corrupted ? I enclose here one of them just in case. The problem that I can’t verify it, and Figma said  “Unsupported file format”, not “Corrupted file”, so I’m not sure whether it’s a file or maybe my Figma somehow.
