Hello Figma Support Team,

I'm seeing a recurring charge on my credit card statement from Figma that I cannot identify the source of. I don't recognize which account or email this is linked to.

Charge details:

  • Amount: USD 19.80 (KRW 29,814)
  • Transaction date: 2026-07-19
  • Approval number: -
  • Card used: ending in -
  • Merchant location: United States

[redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]

Could you please help me identify:

  1. Which Figma account (email address) this card is registered to
  2. Which team/plan this charge belongs to
  3. How I can locate or access this account

I'd like to review the subscription and cancel it if it's no longer needed, or dispute it with my card issuer if it's not something I authorized.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Solgyu Park

Hey @solkyu park, thanks for reaching out!

I can't look into account specifics here on the forum for security reasons, but I've opened a Ticket #2062763 so our customer support team can trace this using the transaction details you've shared.

To help them move quickly once they're in touch, it'd help to reply on the ticket with:

  • Any other email addresses you (or anyone else with access to this card) might use to sign into Figma
  • Whether you've received a receipt or invoice email from Figma, and which address it went to

You've already included the amount, date, approval number, and card digits in your post, so no need to repeat those.

If you're curious about common reasons a Figma charge can look unfamiliar in the meantime, this article covers the most frequent causes: There are additional charges in my Figma bill.

Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
