I am posting here because I need urgent assistance with a billing issue and am having trouble receiving support emails.
I originally intended to use the Professional plan for only one month. In fact, I actively searched through the settings to cancel my subscription beforehand, but the cancellation layout was so confusing that I got lost and couldn't find where to cancel it in time.
As a result, it was automatically renewed. I have not accessed any paid features or used the service at all since this recent charge was processed.
I want to request a full refund, and I have already submitted two support tickets. The ticket numbers generated on my screen are #1957775.
However, I have not received any confirmation or follow-up emails in my inbox (I also checked my spam/promotion folders). Since I cannot receive the support emails properly, could a Figma staff member please check these tickets and contact me directly to process the refund?
