Hello Figma Support Team,

I was charged for the Full Professional Plan in a monthly basis when I did not change my seat since I purchased my annual Collab Professional Plan. I looked at when the seat change was made according to the invoice and it was Feb 16. I did not have any activity history on figma a month ago to accidentally change my seat. Please, I am a student and I dont have a lot of money, I cannot afford 208 dollars. I would never make that change. I was not even notified that my seat was changed on Feb 16 2026. I was not even on Figma when I was charged at 1:22am. Please review this change, I swear I didnt make any changes on Feb 16, please i dont have the money.

For privacy and security reasons, we’re not able to review billing details here in the Community. However, the Billing team can access the full seat history and account activity logs to confirm exactly what occurred.
