Unexpected renewal – refund request

I was charged for prorated Professional
seats (monthly) for the period Oct 25 – Nov 25, 2025.

I had already canceled my subscription earlier, so this charge was
unexpected and appears to have been processed in error. I kindly
request a full refund for this invoice and confirmation that my
subscription remains canceled to avoid any future charges.
