Hello,

I would like to request a refund for a Professional plan charge that was processed today.

I previously used Figma for a freelance project and added a developer to my Professional team workspace. After the project ended, I believed I had cancelled the Professional plan. When I later saw the "Reactivate plan" option in my billing settings, I assumed the cancellation had already been completed.

Today, I discovered that my account had been charged for the Professional plan renewal, including charges for two seats. This was completely unexpected.

In addition, I have not been actively using Figma recently, and the workspace has not been used for any ongoing professional work. The freelance project ended some time ago, and I no longer have a need for the Professional subscription.

I am currently unemployed and no longer working as a freelance designer. Because of this, the renewal charge is a significant financial burden for me. I would be very grateful if you could review my account history and consider a refund for this recent charge.

I would also appreciate confirmation that my Professional plan is cancelled and that there will be no future renewals.
