I am following up regarding my cancellation and refund request submitted 5 days ago.
I would like to strongly request an immediate refund of USD 16.50 for the unexpected charge made to my account after my plan was changed without clear confirmation or approval from me.
I never received a proper email notification, warning, or confirmation that my plan would be upgraded or changed before the charge was processed. I was very surprised to suddenly see the additional payment taken from my account. If I had been clearly informed beforehand, I would not have agreed to the plan change and would have cancelled immediately.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted support and requested both cancellation and refund on the same day. I also cancelled the subscription to prevent any future charges.
Since the request was submitted promptly and the charge resulted from a plan change that was not clearly communicated to me, I kindly ask Figma to reconsider this situation and process the refund as soon as possible.
Please provide an update regarding my refund request.
