you don’t tell me about this payment *One-time charges and credits* when i was purchasing the subsciptions, and in my 2nd month you have to add this hidden charger? what does its mean? why you are adding any charges in 2nd payment that you never explain at the time of subscriptions?

I understand you’re concerned about a charge that appeared on the invoice for your second month and wasn’t explained.
“One-time charges and credits” usually covers one-off billing adjustments, such as prorated charges when a seat is changed or upgraded after a billing period. I checked on our backend and it appears a Collab seat on your Professional plan was changed to a Full seat, which would create a prorated charge on the next invoice.

A brief note about seat types:
Collab seat: Access to FigJam and Figma Slides. View and comment access in Figma Design files(Does not allow creating or editing Design files.).
Full seat: Required to create and edit Figma Design files.
