I am Janagan and here is my figma account email [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] and currently subscribed to professional plan. I added Tech Team ("redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]) as collaborator which was in free plan. But in the next month, automatically Tech Team account was upgraded to professional plan without the approval from ;redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. And Tech Team did not request full seat yet it was automatically send full seat request and upgraded without any consent from Tech Team (credacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]) or Janagan (3redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]). I did not explicitly approve the prorated seat from Janagan(credacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]).
