Hi everyone,
I’ve seen a few posts about users accidentally adding more seats than they meant to — but that’s not what happened here.

I was on a call with our admin, who shared their screen while adding 3 annual seats to our plan. However, after the process was completed, 6 seats were added instead. We’re both absolutely sure that only 3 seats were selected. Unfortunately, we didn’t record the screen at the time, but we’re confident this wasn’t a user error.

Figma team — could you please look into this and help us resolve it?

Has anyone else run into something similar?

Normally, we’re not able to assist with Billing issues here on the forum, but I took a peek at your plan using the email address associated with your forum account. From what I can see, your Admin only upgraded three seats today.


I’m not sure what you’re seeing on your end to think that you’ve added double the seats, but to take a closer look with the support team, who will be able to do a deeper dive, please reach out to our billing team directly here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
