Hello Figma Support Team,
I recently subscribed to Figma Professional and canceled it about a month ago. I understand that the subscription will not renew, and I no longer have an active plan.
However, I still see a charge of $15.00 on my card, even though the subscription is canceled. Since I am not using the service and do not have an active subscription, I kindly request a refund for this amount.
Could you please look into this and help process the refund at the earliest?
