Unexpected charge

Hello!
I bought myself a Professional plan from 30th of April till 30th of May. In the middle of May I canceled the plan, because I do not need to use the paid features. In the app I saw something like “resubscripe”. Suddenly, after 30th of May, FIgma started charges for the plan. I checked my Figma once more and it still said “renew”. I kept my card empty for a week and thought the charges will stop. When there where no charge on the 6th of May, I finally could put money on my card, since I thought charges ended, but no. Figma charged for the plan on the 7th of June. 
I tried to open a ticket twice, it’s already 10th of June and nobody still reached out to me. 
Please issue me a refund.
