I’m posting here because I’m very worried about an unexpected billing issue and would appreciate any help from the Figma team or the community.
I was unexpectedly charged $416.55 USD for a Figma Professional team monthly subscription. I did not intend to maintain a paid Professional team subscription with multiple paid seats, and this was not the paid plan structure I intended to use.
I was not clearly informed or given a clear prior notice that charges would be applied per paid seat, and I did not knowingly intend to activate multiple paid seats on my team. I did not expect multiple paid seats to be active on my team or to be charged this amount at once.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the Professional plan and reduced the paid seats to prevent any future charges.
I am a university student in Korea, and this unexpected charge is nearly half of my monthly living expenses. It has become a very significant financial burden for me.
Could someone from the Figma team please help review my refund request as soon as possible? I would sincerely appreciate any prompt assistance.
