was unexpectedly charged $36 because a Full Seat was accidentally added to my account.
I have never used this seat and have already downgraded it back to a Viewer.
I already submitted a support ticket via email, but I haven't received a response yet.
Could a moderator please help me escalate this issue to the billing team for a refund?
