Unexpected $17.26 charge after cancellation, and no long charge, no long use.

Hi everyone, I need help with an unexpected charge on my account.

I cancelled my Figma subscription and stopped using the platform entirely around October last year. For the past 4 months, there were no charges, which was correct since I had already switched all my teams to the Starter (Free) plan.

However, I was suddenly charged $17.26 USD today (Jan 7, 2026). How is this even possible? I haven't received a bill in 4 months and haven't touched Figma at all. My current dashboard confirms that all my existing teams are Free.

It feels very wrong to be billed for no use at all.

I feel cheated. How do I get a refund?
