Unexpected $124.47 billing adjustment charge — requesting refund

Hello,

I recently noticed that I was charged $124.47 on my Figma invoice, and I was quite surprised by the amount.

I wasn’t aware that adding or having multiple seats would increase the billing this way, and I couldn’t clearly see this information while using the product. I only intended to use Figma with two people, but it seems that additional seats were activated without me realizing the cost impact.

As soon as I noticed this, I reduced the number of seats.

Would it be possible to review this charge and provide a partial refund or credit for the extra seats that were added unintentionally?
