Hi Figma team,
I am posting here because I have not received a response to my support ticket (#1691072) for 3 days after my escalation request.
Summary of Issue:
- December 14, 2025: I subscribed to Professional Dev Seat (Annual) and paid $154.08 USD (Invoice V2PPET0U-0001)
- December 19, 2025: My seat was upgraded to Full Seat without my knowledge or consent
- January 14, 2026: I was charged an additional $50.65 USD (Invoice V2PPET0U-0003)
- Critical Issue: The receipt shows my plan changed from Annual to Monthly — I never authorized this change
What I requested:
- Downgrade back to Dev Seat
- Keep my original subscription period unchanged
- I am even willing to forgo the $50.65 refund
Figma's response:
- Cancel and resubscribe (which would change my billing period and affect my organization's reimbursement)
- No other solution offered
- No response for 3 days after escalation
I have seen many users on this forum experiencing similar unauthorized billing issues. This appears to be a systemic problem with Figma's billing system.
Could someone please escalate this case or provide assistance?
