Unauthorized extra Dev + Full seat – Invoice PA4VQX5K-0002 – 2 days no response

Hello everyone,

I am the only developer working on my project OzoneBio. I have never invited any team members and have not assigned any additional seats.

Despite this, an extra Dev seat and an additional Full seat were automatically added to my account (redacted by the moderator due to PII). This resulted in incorrect overcharges on invoice No.PA4VQX5K-0002 for the billing period 31 March – 30 April 2026.

I have already contacted support two days ago, but have not received any resolution yet.

Could someone please escalate this case or provide assistance?
