Unauthorized Charge + No Response After Multiple Contact Attempts

I subscribed to a Figma plan and was charged $3 USD. Three days later, I cancelled my subscription through my account settings. Despite this cancellation, approximately one month later I was charged an additional $15 USD — a charge I did not authorize and did not expect.

Since this charge appeared, I have made every reasonable effort to reach your team:
— 7 emails sent to Figma support
— 3 contact forms submitted
— Zero responses received

This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, particularly for a billing dispute involving an unauthorized charge.

I am also deeply concerned that your platform does not allow personal account users to remove their payment card information. This is a significant privacy and security issue that leaves users exposed to further unwanted charges.

I am requesting:
1. An immediate full refund of the $15 USD charge
2. Confirmation that my subscription has been fully cancelled
3. Immediate removal of my payment card details from your system

I am aware that many other users are experiencing the same issue and receiving no response through standard channels, which is why I am raising this here. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to my bank as an unauthorized charge and file a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Hi, @Gaby12. Thanks for posting about this.

I’m sorry for the confusion and I can see why this is upsetting - you’ve taken all the right actions to resolve this for yourself. Since we can’t directly assist with billing here in the forum, I found your tickets and flagged those to the team as well as raised the priority. You should hear back soon regarding your three billing issues. I can confirm your second request, though - your plan is currently the free plan.

For you or anyone else who need to manage payment info, this section of the Manage payment and invoice details help article covers where you go to edit payment details. Additionally, the following two articles are a good resource for managing and understanding plans, that way you and others are not surprised by charges and renewals:

Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with in the meantime!
