Unauthorised charge on my card with no intimation about the charge

I have been charged for the month of May. I have not been using the platform as you can track my record. I am not active. Still I was charged without any prior intimation.

 

Can you please refund my May charge I am no more using the platform.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend downgrading or cancelling your plan to prevent any further charges while this is being reviewed: Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
