Unable to work with Figma Make

Figma Make is stuck. It either returns a connection/API error or it just returns the prompt that I have asked. It is not able to process anything concretely.

Can someone help me with this? It has been a very irritating experience and I've been retrying for several hours and nothing moves. I tried to log out my account, tried to switch from desktop to web. But nothing works. I'm on Mac OS btw.

Hey ​@Sumedh Saraf, thanks for flagging this! 

Appreciate how thorough you've already been on the troubleshooting side, ruling out connectivity and testing on both desktop and web. 

I've gone ahead and opened a ticket (Ticket #2072118) so our customer support team can take a closer look at what's happening on your account specifically. 

A couple of things that have helped others in the meantime:

  • Switching the AI model for that prompt via the model picker
  • Duplicating the file and picking up prompting again in the copy
