I’m currently trying to get the Figma Education plan but I’m facing several issues.
• SheerID rejected my verification without giving details and closed my ticket permanently.
• I contacted education@figma.com more than a week ago but haven’t received a reply.
• My school does not provide the option to create a new academic email, so I cannot submit a new request.
• I am an active student and can provide school documents (student ID or enrollment certificate) if needed.
Could someone from the Figma team please review my case or let me know what I can do next?
