Unable to verify student plan

Hi, I’m facing a problem about the education plan. Basically I had to create another account with my colleges email, and I did, but this didn’t solve anything, I tried to verify and nothing, it gave me an error page, redirecting me to another site so I can contact the team support. It’s been a while since this, when I logged in to try again, couldn’t even find an option to the education plan just the professional one. Anyways, I’m still a student, I tried everything I could :/  Also I’m from Brazil, I don’t know if that has to do with anything but I’d like to mention just in case

We recently updated our verification process, and SheerID now manages all student and educator verifications for higher education.
