I couldn't verify using our school email even though our school is listed in the school list—it throws an error. I've emailed SheerID support, filled out their support form, and done everything possible,

 

but I can see now that Figma and SheerID are not respecting our time and not taking our concerns seriously. To give them a taste of their own medicine, if you're facing all these similar issues,

 

let's review them on G2 and Trustpilot with 0 stars. This is my last option. I emailed Figma Education and Support with all the necessary documents that show we're a government school in Nepal. I'll ask my whole school's students to review them, and we'll see how they feel about it. They say they will respond in 3-6 business days, and both I and the Figma team know it's beyond that.

Due to this our Students and teachers couldn’t verify. @figma please help and let the sheer id know about thier pooer customer service.

Since SheerID fully manages the verification process, we don’t have visibility into their review or decision details. You’ll receive an update directly at the email address linked to your account as soon as there’s progress.

This isn’t the experience we want for our customers, and I’ll flag your case internally to help our team identify where we can improve the verification flow with our partners.
