Unable to Verify for Education Plan

I have followed all the steps to verify my institutional email address and received a satisfactory response, but at first I thought the account would be created at the end of the process, but that was not the case. I created an account with my institutional email address, but I cannot see the educational plan; I am still on the standard plan.

I understand that you verified your education status before creating your Figma account and are now experiencing some issues.

We’re not able to assist with individual education verification issues here in the forum, so please reach out directly to our Education team at education@figma.com, and include a copy of the verification response you received — they’ll be able to assist you further.
 

Just so you know, as noted in the “Application process” section of this guide:Figma for education, the correct order is:
1. Create a Figma account
2.  Verify your education status

You might also find the “Troubleshooting verification” and “Frequently asked questions” sections in the same article helpful.
